Business event was held in LRCCI in the B2B format for Uzbek delegation

On March 15, more than 30 representatives of business, diplomatic corps, Tashkent administration of Uzbekistan Republic have visited the Leningrad region chamber of commerce and industry to negotiate with key Russian partners. This meeting was held in the framework of participation of Uzbek delegation in St. Petersburg SME Partneriat “St. Petersburg – Russian regions and overseas”.

The event was opened with a welcome speech by the Executive Director of LRCCI Igor Muravyov. The Director of FEZ “Angren” Saifnazarov Sahib made a presentation about free economic zone “Angren” and the Head of Foreign Economic Relations Department and Leningrad Regional Integrated Center Liliia Arakelova told about the possibilities of foreign economic cooperation with LRCCI, LRIC and support for foreign companies on Russian market as well.

Within the meeting, mostly for the foreign guests, the contact exchange was arranged by the Foreign Economic Relations Department of LRCCI. Producers and exporters of fresh and processed agricultural products, wine, fruits and vegetables, textiles and wool from Uzbekistan discussed further cooperation with entrepreneurs of Leningrad region.

During the event, the Cooperation Agreement was signed between the Head of regional Department of Tashkent CCI Mamanov Faizulla and the Executive Director of LRCCI.  All participants of  the foreign delegation had the fruitful conversations with the receiving party and also exchanged views and gifts.
